About our Los Banos insulation contractor company
From tractor repair to insulation
I came to insulation later than most. For years I fixed tractors and irrigation pumps for a living, and that work teaches you to find what's really wrong before you start swapping parts. I learned this trade working for another insulation company, then started our own here in Los Banos in 2023.
Most of our calls come from people with a hot upstairs, a room that won't stay comfortable or an attic nobody has looked at in years, plus some business owners with shops and metal buildings. I'm on the job with our small crew for every install, because I want the work done in the right order and your house left the way we found it, just with the job finished. You can see everything we do on our home page.

What you can count on from us
A price written after I've seen your house
I look at your attic, walls or crawl space in person before I write a number, so the estimate fits your house and isn't a guess. Each part of the job gets its own line, like sealing the gaps around pipes and the attic hatch apart from topping up the insulation, so you can see what you're paying for.
Problems handled before anything gets covered
If I find a wet spot, old wiring or a gas appliance that needs checking, I'll tell you straight and we'll sort out what has to come first. Insulation laid over a leak, or fresh material over old stuff that's soaked or full of droppings, just hides the problem.
We'll tell you if you don't need it
If your attic already has enough up there, or the trouble is something insulation won't fix, I'll say so, even when that means no job for us. If you're not sure what your house needs, send us a note and I'll come take a look.
